Old Maid Custodial Arts started with a mop, a mission, and a mom who’s a little too excited about a sparkling countertop. What began as me “just helping out” turned into something much bigger, a passion for transforming chaos into calm and creating spaces that truly feel good to come home to.
I’ve always believed cleaning isn’t just about dusting and disinfecting, it’s about giving people back their peace (and maybe a few lost socks). My clients quickly became more like neighbors and friends, and their trust has turned this one-woman operation into a business built on heart, humor, and hard work.
As OMCA continues to grow, my goal is to keep that personal, neighborly touch while expanding the services that help families and individuals feel more organized, relaxed, and confident in their homes. I love tailoring every clean to fit each client’s lifestyle. Whether that means a deep clean after “life happened,” a move-in fresh start, or simply staying ahead of the weekly whirlwind!

Pricing
Every home is unique in its layout, condition, and cleaning needs, which is why pricing is determined individually for each client. The standard base rate is $55 per hour for general cleanings, organization, and decluttering services. Additional fees apply to first-time cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-in or move-out services, as these appointments require additional time, detail, and care to achieve a thorough and high-quality result.
Your pricing is based on the details provided in the cleaning service request form or during your complimentary walkthrough. By sharing information about your home, requested services, and any specific concerns, I’m able to create a thoughtful, customized estimate that reflects the level of care your home requires.
My goal is to deliver exceptional results and a personalized experience for every client. By tailoring each service to your home’s individual needs, I can guarantee both the quality and consistency of every clean from the very first visit on!
